32nd Annual General Meeting
We, hereby give notice to members that the Association of Electronics Industries in Singapore (AEIS) will be holding its Annual General Meeting as follows:
Date: 15 June 2007, Friday
Time: 4.00pm – 6.00pm
Venue: Enterprise Promotion Centres
1003 Bukit Merah Central #02-10 Singapore 159836
All members are invited to attend this meeting. The agenda of the meeting is as follows:
- To confirm the minutes of the 31st Annual General Meeting held on 16 February 2005.
- To receive, to discuss and if considered fit to approve the reports of :
- the President, and
- the Honorary Treasurer, together with the accounts for the year ended 31st March 2005 and 2006 preceding and the report of the auditor thereon.
- To elect office bearers for the year 2005/2006.
- To consider such other items as shall, in accordance with the Constitution of the AEIS, appropriately be laid before the Annual General Meeting.
Notes :
- A member company entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to attend and vote by proxy.
- The proxy form must be returned to the Secretariat not less than 48 hours before the time for holding the Meeting.
Members are also invited to attend a light reception after the AGM.
