About AEIS
Founded in 1973, the
Association of Electronics Industries in Singapore (AEIS) is Singapore’s sole
representative of electronics business, covering manufacturers of industrial
electronics, electronics components and consumer electronics products as well
as industrial electronics companies associated with the electronics industry.
In light of the industry’s growth as an
economic force, AEIS’ many efforts to help
In the 21st century, AEIS aims to continue
its growth to keep pace with the technological, manufacturing and marketing
development in the high growth Asia-Pacific electronics industries.
Objectives
of AEIS
(i)
to
promote the electronics industry within
(ii)
to
represent the local electronics industry in both local and international
bodies, institutions and associations;
(iii)
to
exchange trade and technical information including information relating to
manufacturing, programmes and products skills both locally as well as with the
electronics industries in other countries;
(iv)
to
study and develop technology within the electronics industry in
(v)
to
examine and promote domestic and export markets for the electronics industry in
(vi)
to
promote healthy competition through co-operation with the other electronics in
the region.

trade promotion agencies for an exchange of information. Worldwide Electronics Association information
is in our website. AEIS currently has an Agreement of Co-operation with the
Semiconductor for Electronics Industry Foundation, Inc of the Philippines
(SEIFI) and Memorandum of Understanding with the Electronic Industries
Association of the Philippines, Inc. (EIAPI), Singapore Surface Finishing
Society (SSFS), etc.
